Tuition Programme - Parental Expression of Interest

Dear Parent or Guardian,

We are pleased to offer high-quality tuition to support your child. As part of our tuition programme, children and young people are paired with a qualified and experienced tutor who will provide support in core subjects, exam preparation, carer/employment support, English as a second language and the study of modern languages.

Your children can access 10 sessions of 1:1 tuition in a chosen subject. These sessions will be offered virtually, unless arranged otherwise and be delivered by our partnership agency, Express Tuition. This service is free for young carers and funded by Barnet Young Carers.

Parents are welcome to register their interest in their children accessing this support by filling out this form, indicating the subject matter in which they want their children to be tutored in from below. Please note that priority will be given to children who have not received tuition through Barnet Young Carers in the past 12 months.

If your child is allocated a place on the programme you must complete a parental agreement as well as the Express Tuition’s enrolment form, which will be sent to you along with confirmation of your child’s place. Enrolment of your child with Express Tuition will only be processed upon receipt of such forms.
